Silent Light™ - Order Dispatch & Delivery

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking
information where available.

2. Shipping Options & Estimated Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7-10 business days
  • Suitable for non-urgent orders
  • Tracking provided where available

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Full tracking included

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, remote locations or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase

Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@gblbiotech.com.

5. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

We recommend using tracked shipping for all orders. GBLbiatech Pty Ltd is not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit once handed to the carrier.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  • Check your tracking information for updates.
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • Reach out to us at info@gblbiotech.com if the issue is unresolved.

6. International Shipping

We ship internationally. International customers are solely responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • VAT and local taxes
  • Any additional carrier or handling charges


These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are payable upon delivery. GBLbiotech Pty Ltd has no control over customs processing times, which may affect delivery estimates.

Failure to pay customs duties resulting in a return-to-sender may incur restocking and shipping fees

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. GBLbiotech Pty Ltd is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@gblbiotech.com. We will do our best to update the details before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
